Skincare At 30

Unfortunately, I’ve seen plenty of people who reach 30 and all of the sudden realize that they are getting old. They suddenly see wrinkles they never had before, and it’s not a good thing. But then I’ve also seen 30 year olds that look like overgrown 10 year olds, and they just look like 10 year olds in their facebook photos. This being said, you probably don’t want to go to either extreme. But you want to keep your skin looking as young as possible. So here’s a few tips to get you going.

First of all, remember to buy or make your own exfoliator. I’ve personally always used sea salt mixes, which is fabulous, and a good salt mixed with aloe vera formula is actually the best way to increase your skin’s healing and exfoliate at the same time. My fair skinned friends also like to drink aloe vera, which I’ve never really gotten into. But eating more salt won’t have the same effect keep in mind.

The second major thing to remember is to use aspirin and baking soda masks, separately I mean. Basically speaking, you can reduce inflammation, pull the skin tighter, and otherwise kill off bacteria and improve the look and condition of your skin.

Third, always wear sunscreen, especially after you exfoliate. You are leaving new skin cells out there, and while that’s good, the sun is more likely to burn it. Well you should avoid any burning at all, meaning even when riding in your car for example, wear sunscreen!

Fourth, actually watch your diet. You don’t want to fluctuate in weight a lot as it stretches out the skin. But actually, the right foods can have the good antioxidants, moisturizers, and otherwise antibacterials that your skin needs, and it will work from the inside out. So it’s important, more important than ever before, to remember to eat a healthy diet and really use good habits like exercise in general.

And finally, drink more water. Yes, you need at least 8 cups per day, and if you aren’t getting this amount, your body may not be in prime functioning order, you are not getting enough moisture to the skin, and various other things. So drink more water all the time.
