Unfortunately, I’ve seen plenty of people who reach 30 and all of the sudden realize that they are getting old. They suddenly see wrinkles they never had before, and it’s not a good thing. But then I’ve also seen 30 year olds that look like overgrown 10 year olds, and they just look like 10 year olds in their facebook photos. This being said, you probably don’t want to go to either extreme. But you want to keep your skin looking as young as possible. So here’s a few tips to get you going.

First of all, remember to buy or make your own exfoliator. I’ve personally always used sea salt mixes, which is fabulous, and a good salt mixed with aloe vera formula is actually the best way to increase your skin’s healing and exfoliate at the same time. My fair skinned friends also like to drink aloe vera, which I’ve never really gotten into. But eating more salt won’t have the same effect keep in mind.

The second major thing to remember is to use aspirin and baking soda masks, separately I mean. Basically speaking, you can reduce inflammation, pull the skin tighter, and otherwise kill off bacteria and improve the look and condition of your skin.

Third, always wear sunscreen, especially after you exfoliate. You are leaving new skin cells out there, and while that’s good, the sun is more likely to burn it. Well you should avoid any burning at all, meaning even when riding in your car for example, wear sunscreen!

Fourth, actually watch your diet. You don’t want to fluctuate in weight a lot as it stretches out the skin. But actually, the right foods can have the good antioxidants, moisturizers, and otherwise antibacterials that your skin needs, and it will work from the inside out. So it’s important, more important than ever before, to remember to eat a healthy diet and really use good habits like exercise in general.

And finally, drink more water. Yes, you need at least 8 cups per day, and if you aren’t getting this amount, your body may not be in prime functioning order, you are not getting enough moisture to the skin, and various other things. So drink more water all the time.

There are apparently just 3 major causes of skin aging, 3 total. First, there is wrinkles. Of course you want to use vitamin A to increase skin turnover, peptides to increase collagen and elastin production, and otherwise there are wrinkles to increase the ingredients lost as well as moisturizers to maintain smoother skin before you get wrinkles. Second, there is redness. I didn’t know this was a sign of aging.

But apparently, it’s because when you have rosacea which generally comes at about 30, you get red irritated skin, sensitive skin, thinner skin, and dilation of the capillaries. You should avoid foods that trigger flare ups such as spicy foods, limit sun and wind exposure, and use various bacterial killers and anti inflammatories. Finally, there are brown spots. Now most treatments only work to bleach these out, which results in lighter spots on the skin, which trust me looks just as bad.

But there are others that actually use regular wrinkle fighting ingredients like peptides and skin turnover ingredients such as retinol and there are others to get rid of these damaged and discolored cells in general. This will give you greater effects that you are looking for if of course you do it right. But these are the 3 majors signs of aging on your skin.

There are some skeptics, such as Dr John Gearhart MD, director of stem cell research at John Hopkins Medical Center. Most of his skepticism surrounds its application as a topical agent rather than an injection. While stem cells can easily be found in the umbilical cord at birth as well as in the deepest layers of the skin, regenerating collagen, elastin, and other elements, it is in its infancy to some degree in terms of research and development.

You should be careful of which stem cell based products you buy. As with any other system or ingredient, there are some that would only take advantage of gullible customers who are unaware of the fine mechanics of things. They use the hype rather than substantial fact and they often charge hundreds of dollars. In those products, customers often complain about unsubstantiated claims and no results.

As far as the positive science goes, stem cells have a natural presence within the skin and body, and they are the cells mainly responsible often times for producing new and undamaged skin cells to replace those that have been damaged among other things. Stem cells decrease with age, and some of the things we do can also kill them off, undermining even our best efforts. There are of course always imitators. So it is hard to find a good product.

However, we have discovered that there are products that may come through. They are few and far between as are any good products in any industry. But one of them is the wrinkle cream Dermavexin. We do not guarantee anything of course. But it seems that many customers have seen great success due to a reliable formula.
